- Our yoga teacher training program spans 2 weeks in Ibiza, with 6 online lectures, each for 2-3 hours. 3 online classes are hosted prior to the training to ease into the studies and 3 classes are hosted online afterwards to support integration to offer a comprehensive and immersive experience.

- We cover a diverse range of styles, including forrest yoga, dharma, creative intelligent vinyasa, yin, and Hatha yoga, ensuring a well-rounded foundation for our trainees.
3. What prerequisites are required for enrolling in the program?
- While a consistent yoga practice is recommended, we welcome mindful individuals of all experience levels. Basic yoga knowledge and body awareness will support your process. Start tuning in with your strength in plank and form in chaturanga (modified is ok). You will continue to grow stronger and more flexible in the training.

-No prior teaching experience is necessary. Our program caters to both aspiring teachers and those looking to deepen their personal practice.

The anatomy exam will be separate from the other material covered in our course. Following the course, students will have an essay to write as well as follow a 40 day sadhana of at least 30 minutes practice a day.

- We understand that life happens. We provide opportunities for make-up classes or alternative arrangements to ensure you don't miss out on essential components of the training. These classes are made up after the training at a private yoga rate per hour.

-Our commitment extends beyond the training. Graduates receive ongoing support through our telegram group where they stay connected to the classmates and have the option to participate in mentorship programs to further enhance their teaching skills.
19. What is the refund policy if I need to withdraw from the training?
- Your deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another student who wishes to partake in the program. This is coordinated between the students. The cost of the training is non-refundable two weeks before the start date of training. We understand unforeseeable events might happen in this time, we can also communicate if this is the case, in which the training fee can be transferred to a future training date with Shamanika. This is because there are a lot of upfront costs for the instructors and as we keep the training small, it’s important that everyone commits to their sacred yes.
20. I have an injury but am interested in the yoga teacher training. Can I still participate?
